Description - The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance East, (hereafter referred to as the "Contractor") invites tenders for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24-hour rest area for heavy transport along the railway. 3 on the section Kolomoen–Hovda.The driving distance from rv. 3 to the entrance for the 24-hour rest area itself must be a maximum of 1 km. The exit from rv. 3 must be on the stretch from the junction E6/rv. 3 at Kolomoen and to the Hovda picnic area.The 24-hour rest area must contain sanitary facilities with toilet and shower, and it must have 12-20 stalls. Otherwise, the 24-hour rest area must meet the requirements listed in the requirements spec
