Description - East Sussex County Council (ESCC) and the Changing Futures Programme Sussex are jointly procuring two Specialist Women's Workers (SWW).Following the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, councils across England received "new burdens" funding to meet the new duty on councils to ensure access to and provide support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and their children in safe accommodation.
