Description - Description: Wiltshire Council aim to commission an organisation that can be the designated Responsible Body, able to enter into conservation covenants (legal agreements) with Wiltshire Council as a landowner, to formally monitor the delivery of Biod iversity Net Gain on Council-owned land. A Responsible Body needs to be in place before we can register the BNG units that we generate from our conservation activities.
