Description - The subject of this public contract is the supply of a technical solution for equipping its counters for reading and validating data elements that are printed on a paper carrier or digitally displayed on an electronic device, loading data elements of various personal documents and digitizing originals. The solution will make it possible to scan the source that the counter worker places for scanning and at the same time to scan the source that the holder of the document places for scanning (typically placing a mobile phone in front of the sensor, in which case the counter worker is not allowed to physically pick up the device). The solution will allow you to read the input with your hardware
