Description - NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for the purchase of an Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM) for the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Materials Diagnostics L aboratory (MDL). The primary role of MDL is failure analysis support for the Space Launch System (SLS), the Commercial Crew Program (CCP), the Launch Services Program (LSP), the International Space Station (ISS), and support for multiple NASA Engineering Safety Center (NESC) investigations.  The ESEM has the ability to utilize additional vacuum modes to allow analysis of materials sensitive to a hard vacuum such as plastics, ceramics, and biolo
