Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to provide envelope filling and shipping services for documents produced by the City of Reims, the Greater Reims Urban Community and the Caisse des Ecoles de Reims. This framework agreement is establis hed for a period of 48 months from its date of notification, and no earlier than February 1, 2026. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the public buyer notified to the holder by email/mail with acknowledgment of receipt TWO (2) months before the end of the current period.
