Description - Description Purpose and scope of the procurement Health Bergen HF is building a centralized washing and sterilization centre, called Parkhjørnet. The building is to be located between the Old Building (GHB) and the Central Block (SB) towards Jonas L ies vei. The groundwork was mainly completed in 2021, and contract K201 – Tetthus in 2023. The new building is 5104 m2, of which 1370 m2 is below ground. The new building will have four floors above ground and will have the same cornice height as GHB towards SB.
