Description - Description: The client is to build an extension to an existing building at Energivegen 16 in Risavika. The work is a general contract according to NS8406:2009 – Simplified Norwegian building and construction contract. Appendix 8 - Seriousness requ irements also apply to this procurement. A more detailed description of the work and basis for pricing follows in Appendix 1 - Performance description, Appendix 2 - Price and quantity list and Appendix 7 - Tender drawings. Working drawings are prepared by the Client's adviser, and are expected to be ready by 27 June 2024. Inspection An inspection will be carried out in the area on 8 May 2024 at 12:00.
