Description - Description: Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) plans to deliver on-line English Language learning for up to approximately 2000 Ukrainian guests, Afghans (ARAP/ACRS schemes) and Hong Kong/ BNOs as well as those Asylum Seekers who are eligible for educa tion and/or have received their status, over 18 months who are resident in the UK under these schemes, and who are living across the county of Oxfordshire in both urban and rural settings. The learning from this may be extended to other groups.This contract is commissioned by the Oxfordshire Migration Partnership whose strategic aim is to maintain an Oxfordshire refugee and asylum migration system that ensures a warm welcome for all new arrivals
