Description - Description The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) wishes to offer second-language training to post-secondary recruitment process candidates to help them achieve the CCC language profile.The objective of this process is to h ire up to four offerors to provide full-time or part-time English and/or French language training services, depending on the candidates’ needs. The programs will be the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) Communicative English at Work Program (CEWP) A, B and C for Francophones and the Programme de français langue seconde (PFL2) A, B and C for Anglophones.
