Description - The central objective is to increase the visibility of the University of Toulon in its role as a training organization linked to the maritime economy by analyzing the skills needs of the different socio-economic actors in the Mediterranean maritime e nvironment and define response priorities by developing a strategy via calls for projects and partnerships with local, national and international structures.
