Description - Engineering Consultants Moose Mountain Provincial Park Synopsis: The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Proposals, in accordance with the terms specified in this RFP, from qualified engineering consultants for preliminary assess ment, preliminary design and detailed design of upgrades to the existing two cell facultative lagoon at Moose Mountain Provincial Park (Park).
