Description - The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory requests a proposal for fabrication and delivery of two Energy Storage Systems. LBNL is leading a project to develop and demonstrate a modular microgrid. The microgrid design includes two layers of resiliency : an islanded operation of the entire base in case of an outage and the ability to island one or more groups of critical loads in the event of an internal fault.
