Description - Description: This contract aims for the energy renovation of two technical buildings in the Municipality of Mettet and stabilization work. The works department of the municipal administration of Mettet uses two technical buildings located rue Saint D onat, number 22 for the municipal garage and number 23 for the works department at 5640 Mettet. These two buildings have energy performances that are no longer in line with current standards. On the other hand, the roof of the municipal garage has leaks and several columns in the same garage have damage that must be treated. Both roofs are asbestos.
