Description - Description: The revival of the town hall as an important cultural and event location in the city center in the Zeulenroda district should be multifunctional for different event formats.The building is intended to meet future requirements for sustain able construction and climate protection. The usable area should be approx. 2,100 m².The city therefore took part in the 2022 competition call for ERDF funding “Increasing energy efficiency in public buildings and municipal infrastructures (EGI)” with the town hall property.
