Description - Description: The municipality of Bernkastel-Kues intends to renovate the sports hall in the local community of Maring-Noviand to improve energy efficiency. The sports hall in 54484 Maring-Noviand was built between 1992 and 1993 and is owned by the Be rnkastel-Kues municipality. The facade is provided with a 4 cm thick thermal insulation composite system. However, this was only extended to the top edge of the site. Furthermore, the insulation on the northern facade has holes caused by a woodpecker infestation. The roof covering consists of a Berlin wave with formwork.
