Description - Description: The object of this contract is represented by the rehabilitation works:  for the C1 building that will consist of: - repair or restore the guard sidewalk around the building to ensure the sealing between the sidewalk and the building base. A sidewalk with a proper compliance (anti-grape layer, bitumen insulation of the sidewalk) will be performed; - repair of the shock, in the area with degradation;- restoration of the exterior plaster, in the area with degradation;- repair/replacement of the covers;- execution of a system of collection and evacuation of water from the precipitation, at safe debris;- fireproofing and treatment of the entire wood material of the snake; floors;
