Description - Employee Engagement Analysis and Communications Synopsis: Every two years SLGA administeres an Employee Engagement and Culture Survey (Survey).  SLGA's Strategy and Business Improvement Branch (SBI) is responsible for the survey administration, analysis, report preparation, and communication development.  SLGA is seeking submissions from proponents to assist in all aspects related to the administration of the Survey.  The Survey is provided to all 265 SLGA employees and requests feedback on 50+ close-ended and open-ended questions.The proponent will work with SBI to develop staff communications, analyze data, and develop various reports, presentations, and action plans.
