Description - The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting proposals for the Electronic Payroll Information Exchange for the Bi-Partisan Budget Act (BBA) of Section 824. The Contractor shall develop and maintain an information exchange system (Web Servic e) to obtain wage and employment information. The SSA contemplates a single award, combination of firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation. Capable and responsible contractors are invited to review the documents herein and provide a proposal by the date identified in Block 8 of the SF-1449.
