Description - Description The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires the services of a Contractor to supply and install Electronic Monitoring equipment on participating vessels for field testing purposes. In 2022, the Gulf Conservation and Protection (C &P) team conducted a field study with modern camera technology - 2022 Tuna Camera EMS Pilot Project.The purpose of the study was to field test modern camera equipment as a replacement to the dated camera technology that is used in the fishery today.
