Description - Description: To deliver, assemble and put into operation in full function is an electronic locking system. The electronic locking system (ESA) should contribute to increasing security and follow -up costs for key losses can be reduced/avoided. The el ectronic locking system also reduces the bureaucratic effort for key management. GSI currently has a mechanical locking system with approx. 5030 locking cylinders. Due to the new construction of the fair accelerator center, there are another 1500 locking cylinders. An electronic locking system for the entire campus will be introduced as part of an overall concept. A very small part will continue to be shown via a purely mechanical locking system.
