Description - Luonnonvarakeskus (later Luke) requests bids for the electronic driving log service for vehicles in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices.The object of the procurement is a solution enabling the maintenance of an electronic driving log and equipment. The solution and devices are used in cars at Luke's locations in different parts of Finland. Cars can be leased cars or owned by Luke. The cars are mainly shared cars and the cars are only used for work. Luke does not have company cars at his disposal, and therefore the employees do not have their own cars at all.The solution must be a system that can be used nimbly with commonly used mobile devices, e.g. a browser or an appli
