Description - Description concern the complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points referred to in the BPU/DQE, integrating the services defined in the CCTP-Framework Agreement, access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for th e delivery points referred to in the BPU/ DQE, within the framework of a single contract and the mission of balance manager in accordance with article L. 321-15 of the energy code. As part of the opening up of electricity supply to competition, the City of Cognac wishes to equip itself with a system enabling it to select a certain number of economic operators who will subsequently be put back into competition, when it has to conclude electricity
