Description - Langstane and Castlehill Housing Association's are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing services, Portable Appliance Testing and CAT 1/CAT 2 and some CAT 3 remedial works with a suitably expe rienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence not later than 4th September 2023 and will operate for two years (with the option for an extension of one + one further years), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators
