Description - Statement of Work: Electric Gate Inspection and Repair USDA APHIS VS manages a bison quarantine facility at 772 Hwy 89 S and 1138 Hwy 89 S; Gardiner MT 59030.  The facilities have automatic gates that are required to function properly for perimeter security.  Background: The facilities house bison year-round and new electric gates were installed in 2022.  The new gates have not functioned properly especially in winter months due to both electrical and mechanical issues.  They have required to be hand opened or closed for periods of time which defeats the purpose of the automatic gate system.  We will need inspection and troubleshooting to some degree as we may not know all of the causes
