Description - The City of College Station (COCS) has numerous 12.5 kV overhead power line projects that require construction. (Aztec St, Balcones Dr., William D. Fitch Parkway, Inlow- South College Station, Marion Pugh, Pebble Creek Parkway, and Rock Prairie Area) .
