Description - Description: The Integration Act 2021 entered into force on January 1, 2022. The law gives municipalities a key role for integrators to participate in society. Municipalities have the legal duty to be able to offer status holders a timely integration offer. The Education Route is one of the learning routes for status holders. The Education Route consists of a language switching process in which the status holder learns the Dutch language at minimum level B1, and at the same time prepared as well as possible for the inflow into MBO level 2, 3, or 4 or HBO.
