Description - Description: The Agency for Nature and Forest (ANB) is the owner and manager of numerous water -rich areas in the 5 eastern management regions of Flanders. These areas contain typical, and also vulnerable, habitats threatened by all kinds of factors, such as the current climate issues (see "drying out"), the fragmentation of habitat, the disappearance of historical management forms, etc. The ANB does everything to reconcile, similar to the European Natural Goals and Nature Management Plans. The present assignment includes the ecological maintenance management of water-rich areas that, in the Flemish context, often consist of a network of water bodies such as (former) fish breeding or weekend
