Description - Description: Bergen municipality at the Agency for Building and Property (EBE) must enter into a framework agreement for maintenance and repair services and minor upgrades and modifications of SD facilities that are based on the Niagara Framework. Th e agency has facilities spread over approx. 70 buildings.
