Description - The purpose of this Tender Procedure is to reach a Framework Agreement with two Contractors, who, on behalf of the Municipality, will provide IS services for Civil Works Management Assignments throughout the entire management area. The aim is to work together efficiently for a long time, to have short lines of communication and to make use of the experience and expertise that the Contractors possess. The long-term collaboration also serves to learn from each other and to build a relationship with involved parties who know the situation of the Municipality well and can act accordingly.
