Description - The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in both DNS categories is the supply of office paper. The subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, date, place of performance, business and payment terms of specific public contrac ts awarded in the DNS will always be specified in the call for tenders pursuant to § 141 ZZVZ. The place of fulfillment of individual public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the individual headquarters of the concerned contracting authorities (JMK, contribution organizations), unless specified otherwise in specific public contracts in the DNS.
