Description - The procurement establishes a dynamic procurement system covering the entire Finnish road network, which can be applied for by submitting a participation application in accordance with the procurement notice. Bidders accepted for the dynamic procurem ent system will compete for patching and paving works, as well as related structural improvement and drainage renovation, under the total responsibility of the customer or on the basis of a plan approved by the customer in a demanding operating environment. In the dynamic procurement system, it is also possible to procure quick patching of pavements.
