Description - Description: The acquisition focuses on the dynamic procurement system of protein products and ready meals for Espoo Catering Oy's kitchens.Products obtained through the dynamic procurement system include meat, fish and vegetable protein raw material s used in food and meat, fish and vegetarian food products. The products can be hybrid products that contain more sources of protein. The products can be fresh or frozen, ripe, raw or semi -finished.There are about 180 kitchens covered by the dynamic procurement system. The kitchens are listed as annex 6. Of the above, 9 are production kitchens for which both cooking products and ready -made foods. About 170 of the kitchens are service kitchens,
