Description - The present procedure concerns the establishment/operation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DBS). The object of the DBS is the delivery of high-quality foodstuffs, which are mainly from the fresh produce sector and suppleme nted with convenience foods and cold foodstuffs, beverages , unprocessed food for fresh kitchens, food for ward needs, food and articles for cafeterias and kiosks. Applicants approved for the DBS are asked to submit a bid separately for each individual contract award as part of a mini-competition.
