Description - Description With this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to set up a dynamic purchasing system for accommodation of persons as needed, e.g. persons displaced due to war and persons in need of isolation accommodation due to pandemics, which require the Ordering Party to provide accommodation facilities. In the dynamic procurement system, the Ordering Party wishes to admit applicants who comply with the suitability requirements and who are not covered by one or more of the grounds for exclusion. The dynamic procurement system is offered according to the light regime, cf. section 3 §§ 186-189 of the Public Procurement Act, as the systems services are considered covered of the CPV codes 5511000
