Description - Description: The public raw water supply service in Blayais has been provided by the Department since 1980, via a public service delegation; This DSP expires on December 31, 2024 and it must be renewed via a concession contract.The services will be d efined in the DCE, including:- operation, including in particular the maintenance and monitoring of installations,- carrying out the work carried out by the Dealer,- relations with service users,- keeping the inventory of the services assets up to date,- the collection and use of information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service,- a permanent obligation to advise the Community,- a permanent duty to alert
