Description - THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISTION REGULATION (FAR) 5.2 "SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS." U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Pacif ic Power Group, LLC, for Dredge Yaquina MTU Engines Annual and Operational Maintenance.  Dredge Yaquina’s home port is in Portland Oregon. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. The Dredge Yaquina is a U.S. flagged vessel owned by the federal government. The vessel is currently fully inspected under the authority of the U. S. Coast Guard. R
