Description - Description: The assignment consists of drawing up a district mobility plan (WMP) for 7 districts that provides clear tools to work with in the coming years. Drawing up the WMPs has 3 main steps: 1. inventory; 2. analysis; 3. measures. WMPs are in fa ct a further elaboration of the VCP (traffic circulation plan). The VCP provides frameworks at the structural level and measures at the urban network level. The WMPs have a local character (district level).
