Description - The purpose of this procurement is for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) on behalf of AIRPAC/AIRLANT/Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training ( CNATT). The E-2C/D training devices are used to provide training for pilots and aircrew at Naval Base Ventura County (Point Mugu), CA and NS Norfolk, VA.
