Description - The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), is seeking feedback from industry on a DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of commercial Automated Shot Counter Systems.  The Government intends to purchase and award on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12.6 and 13.5.  This draft solicitation is being issued to engage industry and request feedback in order to better inform acquisition decisions.  The Government is also seeking feedback to determine the availability of a Commercial Automated Shot Counter, meeting the requirements herein, for the GAU-21, GAU-17/A, M240D, M61A1/A2 and M197.
