Description - The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single Firm­-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Japan On-Board Video Surv ellience System (OBVSS) Services, DoDEA-Pacific East District.
