Description - The Defense Logistics Agency proposes to issue a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) long-term, strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs and FSCs to support the CONUS Industrial Gas & Cylinder recompete.  A total of 744 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort.  It is anticipated that 375 will be priced for the initial contract award.  The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively.  The proposed contract will consist of a five-year base period and one, five-year option period for a total performance period of up to ten years.  This is proposed to be a negotiated, FAR Part 15 effort.  The proposed contract will be fixed price wit
