The acquisition is divided into five (5) areas: 1. Dishes, dining, cooking and kitchen tools and acc essories 2. Cold and heat plates 3. Termo transport boxes and platform G/N boxes 4. Parts 1-3 are compared on a sub-region and one (1) supplier is selected for each area. The areas 4-5 are compared on a line-by-line basis and one (1) supplier is selected for each row.
