Description - Description: As a (joint) employer, the municipalities of Assen and the municipalities of Aa and Hunze want to offer disability insurance to all its salaried employees through a collective contract. This insurance must provide a benefit in the event of partial and complete disability, which supplements the (sum of the) disability benefit and the disability pension from ABP together to at least 70% of the last earned wage. In the above situations, the income must be supplemented up to the state pension age applicable to each employee. The wage bill estimate for 2024 is approximately €61,065,216.03 gross for the entire organization of the Municipality of Assen and approximately €19,346,264
