Description - Description: Social dentistry in the canton of Lucerne has grown for decades and includes many participants, including dentists, cost bearers and assessors. The processes are difficult by a complex structure and inconsistent communication channels. A large part of the processes are still paper -based, while digital solutions are only partially used. This leads to increased administrative effort, difficult to understand decision -making channels and challenges in data security.Due to the high number of cases and costs, optimization is urgently required.
