Description - Description: Ruter would like to enter into a hire and operation contract that we choose to call "Screen as a service" (SaaS). This means that it is the Tenderers responsibility to own and manage the monitors, including a system for playing content, monitoring the surfaces showing the content the playing system says they should view, ensure remote and on-site repairs or replacements if they break and so on according to a service level agreement (SLA stated in Annex 3) and monthly compensation.
