Description - Description: Ruter wants to enter into a lease and operating agreement that we choose to call "Screen as a service" (SaaS). This means that it is the Providers responsibility to own and manage the monitors including a system for playing content, moni toring that the surfaces display the content the playback system says they should display, providing remote and on-site repairs or replacement if they break and so further according to a service level agreement (SLA stated in Appendix 3) and monthly compensation.
