Description - The Department of Medical Microbiology (AMM) at Helse Møre and Romsdal Hospital has designed and plans the operation of a sequencing laboratory at Nordmøre and Romsdal Hospital, planned to open in spring 2025. The aim is to strengthen diagnostics, improve the monitoring of antibiotic resistance, improve the possibilities for outbreak resolution, and provide a research tool for the entire Møre og Romsdal Health Region. Infrastructure and expertise in sequencing are indispensable for conducting relevant research and development in microbiology. As sequencing technology continues to evolve, we invite sequencing equipment vendors to present their latest solutions in line with our intended use
