Description - The purpose of this consultation is to carry out diagnostic missions for wet networks and ducts, detection and georeferencing of networks for the purposes of the SPLA-IN AMP. It is broken down into 2 lots detailed below. Each lot will take the form o f a multi-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. For each of the framework agreements, the number of successful bidders is set at a maximum of 2 (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
