Description - Description: ScopeDescriptionThe Department of Health and Social Care is seeking to commission an external partner to deliver the National HIV Prevention Programme for the next 3 financial years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29.The programme focusses on populations disproportionately affected by HIV in whom the evidence demonstrates a higher or emerging burden of infection, or specific challenges in accessing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care.
